Initiate Your Return

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
